1–3 years experience in polymer or materials sales; polyolefin sales experience a plus.

Proven track record of closing deals and managing the full sales cycle (consistently among the top performers)

• Demonstrated experience in executive-level sales to large and/or global companies.

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, polymers, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience (5+ years) also considered.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com).

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-service oriented.

• Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback.

CULTURAL & MOTIVATIONAL FIT

• Passion for technology and innovation.

• Results-driven mindset with resilience under pressure.
