Sale Associate - Field & Growth Piyaau Beverages Private Limited | Delhi NCR | Duration: 6 Months | Stipend: 10,000/month

Piyaau Beverages Private Limited is changing how India hydrates. We source natural mineral water from the Giri Ganga River in the Himalayas and pack it in 100% recyclable aluminium cans. No plastic. About This Internship

Piyaau is on the shelves and it needs to move. This internship is about owning the ground game. Getting our product in front of the right people, in the right places, and converting those conversations into actual sales. You will work across retail outlets, institutions, cafes, and events with clear targets, real autonomy, and direct impact on how fast Piyaau grows.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and approach retail outlets, cafes, restaurants, institutions, and event organisers across assigned territories in Delhi
  • Execute end-to-end sales cycles from cold outreach to deal closure
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-ground partners
  • Achieve project-specific sales volumes and placement targets within defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions using simple trackers
  • Coordinate with the marketing and BD teams to ensure messaging stays consistent in the field
  • Gather on-ground consumer and retailer feedback and share it with internal teams
  • Represent Piyaau professionally at every touchpoint because you are the first impression

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience or strong interest in field sales, FMCG distribution, or direct B2B/B2C selling
  • Ability to stay target-oriented and self-motivated without constant supervision
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, confident in person and on the phone
  • Comfortable handling rejection, iterating fast, and keeping going
  • Familiarity with the Delhi retail and HoReCa landscape is a strong advantage
  • Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and coordination
  • Own vehicle or comfort navigating the city independently

What You Take Away

This is not a desk internship. You will be in the field, closing real deals, and seeing your work reflect directly in Piyaau's growth. Interns who perform will be considered first for a permanent Sales Executive or Territory Manager position as Piyaau expands. We grow people who deliver.
