Job Description

Role: Edtech sales Associate

Experience Required: Fresher to 1 year in sales

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

(Hybrid Model Monday, Wednesday, Friday are Work From Office; Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday are Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Convert: Handle direct sales by reaching out to prospective students and their parents, guiding them through our offerings.
  • Student Advisory: Analyze student profiles to suggest the most suitable universities and courses.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with students, offering expert guidance throughout the admission process.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Lead Outreach: Utilize multiple lead sources, including CRM tools, to nurture and convert prospects.
  • Event Management: Conduct engaging calls, webinars, and both virtual and on-ground events to drive student participation.

Requirements:

  • 01 year of sales experience (internships included).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and clearly explain educational products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Openness to travel for events and seminars as required.
