Role Description

This is a full-time on site role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will engage prospective and existing customers via phone, chat, email, and other digital channels to promote products and services, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet customer needs. This role includes managing an assigned pipeline of leads, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored offerings, and handling objections to close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience. The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets, accurately updating CRM systems, and documenting customer interactions. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members and supervisors, following established sales scripts and compliance guidelines, and participating in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates, promotions, and sales best practices.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and create a positive customer experience.
  • Proven or transferable skills in sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, objection handling, and closing, ideally in a contact center or remote sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with clear articulation and professional email/chat etiquette.
  • Comfort using CRM or sales enablement tools, along with basic proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, web-based applications).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, follow structured processes, and meet or exceed performance and quality targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant certifications in sales, business, or customer experience are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a call center, CX, or telesales role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in continuous training is essential.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, based on business and client requirements.
