Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate with an agency background and strong experience in media sales, field sales, and client acquisition. The candidate should have a good understanding of marketing and be confident in communicating marketing strategies and pitching solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Identify potential clients and understand their business and marketing requirements.
• Conduct client meetings and present digital marketing strategies and solutions.
• Prepare and communicate strategy-based pitches and proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the creative, performance marketing, and strategy teams for client requirements.
• Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Key Expectations

• Agency background is preferred/required, especially from a digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency.
• Experience in Media Sales / Field Sales / B2B Sales.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to communicate and present strategy-based pitches confidently.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
