Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and a keen interest or background in digital marketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to international client engagement, and the ability to support marketing efforts to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through direct and digital sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute digital campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in developing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 23 years of proven experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding or hands-on experience in digital marketing is a strong advantage in digital marketing(SEO, social media, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Working hours

  • US Shift: 5 or 6 PM to 3 or 5 AM (depending on business needs).
