The Role

We're looking for a sharp, street-smart Sales Associate who understands people as much as they understand numbers. Someone who can spot opportunity, hold a confident conversation, and close deals without sounding salesy.

You'll own the front end of our growthtalking to founders, understanding their vision, and helping them see how Byldd fits into their journey.

What you will be doing

• Identifying and qualifying high-potential leads (quality > quantity).
• Setting up and managing product demos & founder consultations.
• Understanding client pain points and pitching tailored solutions.
• Owning the sales funnelfrom first hello to signed deal.
• Hitting (and flexing past) monthly and quarterly targets.
• Working closely with marketing & product teams to refine messaging.
• Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business & referrals.
• Staying plugged into startup, SaaS, and tech trends.
