Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Delhi NCR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting and promoting our ProAV solutions, and building strong, lasting relationships. Responsibilities will also include preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Effective communication, networking, and client engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of or experience with ProAV solutions and brands like PTZ OPTICS, AUDAC, XILICA, DAEWOO, Music Group, Harman, QSC, BOSE, LG, Samsung, and Panasonic is a plus
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying potential business opportunities
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to manage remote and in-office tasks efficiently
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the ProAV industry or technology sales is an added advantage
