Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding and purchasing properties, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, handling documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, real estate sales, or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to conduct market research and analysis
• Proficiency in handling documentation and legal processes related to property deals
• Familiarity with Gurugram's real estate market is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
