Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing client relationships, understanding technical requirements, promoting machine tool equipment, and providing customized solutions to boost client productivity. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Experience or knowledge in sales, client management, and business development processes.
  • Understanding of technical concepts related to CNC, GPM, SPM machine tools, lubrication systems, and flexible couplings is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in both office settings and remote environments, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
  • A background in engineering, sales, or a related field is preferred; a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
  • An eye for identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and drive business growth is beneficial.
