Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Associate based in Mangaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying opportunities to increase sales, preparing sales reports, assisting in the execution of sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage leads across architects, builders, and direct clients
  • Conduct protessional product presentations and articulate system advantages
  • Understand project requirements and propose optimized solutions
  • Drive project closures in line with monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Track market trends, competitor positioning, and project opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Sales experience i n building materials / architectural products preferred
  • Ability to present technical systems confidently
  • Understanding of project-based sales
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
  • Target-driven and disciplined approach
  • Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
  • Fluent speaks Kannada, English & Hindi
