Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their automotive service needs, explaining detailing and maintenance packages, and driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also maintain customer relationships, provide excellent service, and contribute to meeting sales targets. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability in customer relationship management and providing excellent customer service
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
