Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Raipur. The Sales Assistant will assist in day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and support the sales team in achieving its goals. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and contributing to client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and processes such as handling inquiries and closing deals
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales-related software tools
• Passion for creativity and an understanding of modern art or wedding documentation is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or a related field is preferred
