Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Vadodara. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with sales operations. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating sales processes, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships
  • Customer service skills to address client needs effectively and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in sales and a good understanding of sales techniques
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the chemical industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
