Sales Assistant Reports To Sales Manager/ Director

This is a Full time and also can be a part-time position that involves promoting our products in your area or community both online and offline.

You can decide your hours, you can decide how much you would like to get paid. As your remuneration will be dependent upon the sales.

Customer service skills are an absolute must whether you choose to speak over the phone, personal home visit marketing or write an email to our potential or existing client, customer service is always our priorityHave awesome sales and marketing skills as you would be promoting our products in your area both door to door and online as you preferLaptop and a smart phone is required for the job, you would need an internet access to continue towards the saleSocial media marketing and online promotion skills are a must to let the world know about usBe fully aware and promote our Crystal Products, Reiki Healing and Tarot Reading services

Recommend Crystals according to customers need, lets say a customer is healthy you should sell prosperity crystals to such person.

If someone has a medical problem recommend a doctor advice and also sell our products for medical issuesBe a hustler and always looking to bring more and more sales on everyday basisReport any sales through email, WhatsApp to usCarry our product portfolio on your phone any sample products that will be given to you to show and demonstrate the customerHandle any of your customer queries, attend office phone callsInform us about any changes to your availability or holidays in advance*

*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications We provide spiritual products and services, so some knowledge of mediation and chakra healing is required. We will provide you with the training material to get you startedBe a faithful and a spiritual personality as you would be recommending crystals productsBe a motivation for the customer help them to understand the healing processBe a computer literate and should have some deep internet skills such as Instagram marketing, Facebook and other social media marketingMs office skills a mustYou need to have a fluent English both written and spokenAny sales and door to door marketing experience is preferred but no a mustBe able to communicate with the customer in Hindi, Regional language or EnglishAbility to make payment with your Mobile wallets like Paytm, phone pay or debit/ credit cards on behalf of the customer who doesnt have digital payment solutions
