Role Description The Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Orchha Palace and Resorts in Orchha. This role supports the sales team in promoting the resort's accommodations, dining, and event offerings to individual and group clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining sales records, and assisting with follow-up communication to prospective and existing clients. The Sales Assistant helps coordinate site visits, supports in organizing promotional materials, and collaborates with operations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role involves regular interaction with guests, travel agents, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders to help drive bookings and revenue.

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive relationships with guests and clients.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, including confident verbal and written communication.
• Candidates should possess foundational sales skills, with the ability to support lead generation, follow-up, and closure of bookings.
• Candidates should possess solid organization skills to manage inquiries, documentation, schedules, and follow-up activities efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, office productivity tools, and (preferably) property management or CRM systems.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Orchha with a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
