Role
- The purpose of this role is to drive sales and business growth for the transformer product line by identifying new opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and ensuring timely execution of the sales cycle.
- The Sales Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing technical and commercial support to clients to position the company as a preferred partner for transformer solutions.
- The role also ensures close coordination with internal teams such as engineering, production, and service to deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Experience and Responsibilities:
- Minimum - 2 to 6 year experience
- Generating New leads for the Business.
- Making Proposals, Quotations for distributors and negotiation.
- Competitors and market analysis, brand awareness.
- Undertake Market Research activities to identify target market, product opportunities.
- Technical presentations to the customers/Contractors/consultants.
- Target revenue generation for existing & new products including lead generation & end-to-end client management.
- Track new business opportunities and carry out business intelligence research.
- Identify industry trends and capitalize on opportunities.
- Regular visit to various Power Transmission / Distribution customers and other Power organization to know about the upcoming requirement of various Transformers.
- Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities, providing valuable inputs for product enhancement, and fine-tuning marketing strategies.
- Attending Technical and commercial negotiations with various customers.
- Drawing approval / technical closer.
- Conducting contract review meeting for pre and post tenders of various customers.
- Co-ordination with principles manufacturers on new order, delivery.
