Sales Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining detailed client records, assisting with the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless sales operations, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills for fostering positive client relations and addressing customer needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage professionally with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales processes and techniques to support the sales team in achieving targets
• Strong Organization Skills for maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing tasks efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of the Paper, Leather, Food, Coatings, or Inks industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
