Sales Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support day-to-day retail operations, including assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, organizing displays, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The position requires frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations, as well as maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.

• Proven sales abilities and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and operations efficiently
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in retail or sales is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are advantageous
