Job Description

Promote and sell machine tool accessories such as tool holders, fixtures, workholding systems,

Rotary Tables, probing systems, and automation accessories.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-

users.

Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.

Application & Technical Support

Analyze customer machining requirements and recommend suitable tooling and accessory solutions.

Provide application engineering support, including tool selection, process optimization, and cycle

time improvement.

Conduct on-site trials, machine setup assistance, and product training for customers.

Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical solutions to improve productivity and quality.

Customer Relationship Management

Act as the technical point of contact for customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.

Support customers with installation, commissioning, and performance optimization.

Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for product improvement.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new machining technologies
