Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Application Engineer, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, understanding client requirements, and recommending CAD-CAM software solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include delivering product presentations, assisting the sales team in technical discussions, solving customer queries, and identifying new sales opportunities to contribute to the company's growth. Collaboration with engineering and sales teams is essential to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Hands-on experience in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with an understanding of industry-specific applications of CAD-CAM software
- Technical Support skills to resolve customer issues and provide reliable guidance regarding product functionality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is highly preferred
- Previous experience with Autodesk software or CAD-CAM solutions is an advantage
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
