Job Title: Customer Success Executive – Telematics (Customer Success + Technical Support)

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Executive with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in telematics, SaaS, or IoT.
This is a hybrid role combining Customer Success and Technical Customer Support, where you will not only manage client relationships and drive adoption but also assist with basic technical queries, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will ensure customers achieve maximum value from our platform while experiencing seamless support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success
Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and act as their primary point of contact
Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of telematics solutions
Drive product adoption by guiding clients on key features and best practices
Monitor customer usage and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Technical Customer Support
Handle day-to-day customer queries related to platform usage and configurations
Perform basic troubleshooting and issue analysis before escalating
Coordinate with product and technical teams for issue resolution
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) on support queries
Assist customers with feature setup, integrations, and system navigation
Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions in CRM
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management
Experience In Telematics, Fleet Management, IoT, Or SaaS Preferred
Basic technical understanding (APIs, devices, configurations is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
