Role Description

This is a full-time job role located in Bengaluru for a Sales & Application Engineer at Convergent Technologies. The Sales & Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, and utilizing their background in E&C, EEE Engineering to cater effectively to diverse customer needs.

Qualifications:

• B.E /Diploma in E&C, EEE
• Previous experience in a sales or technical support role in related field is a added advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of our product offerings and their applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Experience with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, site inspections, and trade shows as needed.
