Experienced Required:

2 to 10 Yrs of prior experience in Sales and Use Tax Compliance, ability to schedule compliance cycle right from retrieval of data to filing and payment and final reconciliation. Timely and prompt communication to stakeholders both internal & external. Well versed with state specific nuances and incorporating into the process.

Software

• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Products including Excel, Power Query, Access, Vertex, or other application for SUT.
• Familiarity with Alteryx and database software, preferred.

• Strong analytical, effectively manages up or down and critical thinking skills.

• Capable of effectively developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Notice Handling
• Taking active role in knowledge sharing.
• Good command on E-filing, EDI, ACH Debit & Credit and Any bill.
• Prepare bills, assists with collections, and reviews invoices.
• Understands BDO USA client financial data and mechanics of state tax returns.
• Independently handle and troubleshoot challenges around the compliance process.
