Sales And Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment.

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and sales targets.

Ensure timely reporting and documentation of service activities.

Key Competencies:

Willingness to travel extensively.

Proven experience in both sales and service functions.

Strong customer-handling and communication skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

12 years of relevant experience

Industry / Function:

Experience in Medical Equipment / Medical Instruments preferred
