We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a technical sales or service role, providing exceptional support to our customers while driving sales growth. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers for products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
- Assist in the installation and configuration of equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective clients
- Gather customer feedback to improve products and services
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Strong understanding of technical products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
