Why This Role Matters
As a Sales Intern, you will support GoKwik's sales team across prospecting, pitching, and onboarding activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle and is ideal for someone looking to build strong fundamentals in B2B SaaS sales while working closely with experienced sales professionals.
What You'll Own
Sales Support & Pitching
- Assist the sales team in pitching GoKwik's products and solutions to prospective merchants.
- Participate in sales demos, discussions, and internal deal reviews.
Client Outreach & Follow-ups
- Make outbound client calls, follow up on leads, and coordinate meetings.
- Support ongoing communication with prospects to ensure timely responses and next steps.
Lead Management & CRM Hygiene
- Assist in lead qualification and basic prospect research.
- Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead, contact, and activity details accurately.
Client Onboarding Support
- Support client onboarding activities in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure smooth handover and documentation during early onboarding stages.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare basic sales reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Support the team with ad-hoc data updates and internal sales collateral.
Who You Are
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with client interactions, calls, and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer engagement.
- Good organisational skills with attention to follow-through and detail.
