Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Panchkula for a Sales and Outreach Intern. Key responsibilities will include supporting sales and outreach efforts by identifying potential leads, maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, and assisting in customer service efforts. The role also involves conducting training sessions for new team members and supporting sales management initiatives to promote brand growth and franchise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Sales expertise and the ability to identify leads and promote franchise opportunities effectively.
• Experience or ability in Training and Sales Management to support team development and operational success.
• Exceptional organizational and teamwork skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Pursuing or completed degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
