Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 48 years

Reporting To: Director

Salary : 40000-60000/month

Role Overview

The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role bridges sales execution, customer coordination, vendor/production alignment, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through direct customers, dealers, architects, designers, or channel partners
  • Manage lead follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaign execution
  • Prepare and track monthly sales targets, forecasts, and pipelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Ensure accurate order entry and documentation

Operations Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between sales, production, vendors, logistics, and accounts
  • Ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of orders
  • Track order status from confirmation to delivery
  • Monitor inventory, vendor performance, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve customer complaints related to delivery, quality, or service
  • Implement and improve SOPs and process efficiency
  • Use ERP / CRM / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking

Team & Process Management

  • Supervise sales coordinators, operations executives, or field staff
  • Train team on processes, pricing, and customer handling
  • Review daily/weekly reports: sales, orders, dispatch, pending tasks
  • Ensure data accuracy in ERP/CRM systems

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of sales operations and supply chain coordination
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Leadership and team coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / Graduate in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, B2B sales, FMCG, construction, or services
  • Experience handling vendors and logistics is a plus
