- Drive B2B growth in the NCR market.
- Manage sales and merchandising strategies.
- Focus on sustainable and socially impactful solutions.
- Procurement/Sourcing of products.
- Customization of products/gifts.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or event management.
- Proven vendor sourcing & supplier management experience.
- Experience working with Delhi NCR corporate ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, presentation & proposal-building skills.
- Exposure to pricing, margin management & merchandising strategy preferred.
- Passion for sustainable & socially impactful products is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong connections with Vendors, manufacturers of apparels, sustainable products,
- Ability to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
