Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, executing sales initiatives, managing customer accounts, delivering training on product offerings, and analyzing market trends to enhance company performance. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and identify innovative methods to attract and retain clients.

r MBA candidates : Freshers can apply
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management
Proven ability in planning and delivering Training sessions
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing marketing strategies
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
