Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing customer inquiries, and promoting our event solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting client meetings, creating customized sales proposals, coordinating marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service that aligns with the company's standards of excellence. You will play a key role in increasing brand reach and securing partnerships with businesses and organizations across various industries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Capability to conduct Training sessions and develop team performance
- Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Ahmedabad
- Proficiency in market research and understanding target audiences
- Prior experience in event management or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
