Role Overview
VOXA Design Studio is seeking a high-octane, Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with a proven track record in the creative and digital agency landscape. This isn't a hand-holding role; we are looking for a rainmaker who can navigate the entire sales lifecycle - from cold prospecting and hunting to high-level negotiations and closing.
You will have the autonomy to build your own pipeline and the strategic responsibility to drive revenue for a studio focused on high-growth brand scaling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Direct Hunting: Take full ownership of lead generation via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and professional networking.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a robust and consistent sales funnel of high-value prospects.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends to identify untapped sectors ripe for creative and design intervention.
2. Strategic Client Acquisition
- Consultative Selling: Initiate contact with key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Brand Managers) and conduct discovery calls to uncover deep-seated marketing pain points.
- Pitching: Lead the preparation of tailored proposals and presentations that align VOXA's design expertise with client business goals.
- Closing: Drive the negotiation process, managing commercial discussions and contract finalization.
3. Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Target Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Forecasting: Assist leadership in revenue forecasting and tracking key metrics (win rates, deal velocity, and LTV).
- CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring data-driven decision-making for the entire BD department.
4. Collaboration & Growth
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate with our Design and Operations teams to ensure promised solutions are viable and scalable.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities within existing accounts for cross-selling creative services.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development specifically within a Marketing, Creative, or Design Agency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a room (or a Zoom call).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and the value of high-end visual brand positioning.
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Sheets/MS Excel.
