Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Online Channels

Amazon (B2C):

  • Manage product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords)
  • Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, stock availability, and offers
  • Track sales performance, conversions, and basic metrics
  • Support execution of promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate customer queries, reviews, and feedback insights

IndiaMART (B2B):

  • Manage inbound enquiries and lead responses
  • Qualify leads and coordinate follow-ups
  • Maintain lead tracker and conversion reports
  • Support quotation preparation and basic negotiation coordination
  • Build relationships with repeat B2B buyers (hotels, corporates, retailers)
2. Marketing Support Online
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives (Instagram, WhatsApp, email)
  • Coordinate with designers/content creators for campaigns
  • Support website updates, landing pages, and basic CRO improvements
  • Track performance of campaigns and suggest improvements
  • Assist in influencer collaborations or brand partnerships (if applicable)
3. Marketing Support Offline
  • Assist in planning offline activations, exhibitions, pop-ups, or sampling initiatives
  • Support venue or partner collaborations (hotels, restaurants, boutiques)
  • Help create pitch materials, brochures, and sales collateral
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights
4. Strategy & Reporting
  • Maintain weekly sales and lead reports
  • Share customer insights, objections, and trends
  • Contribute ideas for new channels, bundles, and promotions
  • Support founder in identifying growth opportunities
Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 13 years experience in sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or IndiaMART
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable following up with leads and closing conversations
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales funnels
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

Good to Have:

  • Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, gifting, or luxury brands
  • Knowledge of SEO, keywords, or Amazon ads
  • Experience working in a startup or small team
  • Interest in branding, fragrances, or hospitality
