Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will focus on creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales operations, and providing training to support sales team development. The role involves extensive communication with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and working collaboratively with the marketing team to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions for team development and skill enhancement.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies, market analysis, and the ability to coordinate campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
