Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. This role involves promoting our studio to businesses, trainers, and creators, generating leads, pitching space solutions, and helping clients plan events. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships, bringing collaborations, and contributing to studio bookings and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about the event and creative space.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in sales, pitching services, or business development preferably in the event/creative/training industry
  • Experience in lead generation, onboarding clients, or managing customer journeys
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & online)
  • Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-growing and team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (not mandatory for talented applicants)
  • Familiarity with event space sales, creative industry, brand activations, or training academies is a plus
