Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Bangalore and Kozhikode, India. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include promoting company services, identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating sales training and managing the sales process to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet objectives
• Experience in Training to develop and enhance team skills and performance
• Knowledge of market research and digital marketing tools is an added advantage
• Capable of working independently with focus and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
