This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kozhikode. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, increasing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional tasks include providing training to sales teams, managing sales processes, and coordinating with clients to identify their needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, track performance, and meet targets effectively.
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to enhance the productivity of sales teams.
• Proficiency in using marketing strategies and techniques to promote products and drive growth.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry or luxury goods market is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
