Role Description
SurDev Energy is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for building client relationships, generating and following up on leads, and promoting our rooftop solar solutions across residential and commercial segments. Your duties will include educating potential customers about solar energy benefits, managing sales and marketing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting client training. As an integral part of our team, you will work to achieve sales targets and contribute to our mission of expanding clean energy adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation and conversion
- Experience in Sales Management and meeting performance targets
- Capability to deliver Training and sales presentations to clients
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment in Indore
- Experience in the renewable energy industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
