Job Description
StarHome Enterprises, a growing multi-brand company in the lifestyle sector, is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive product sales and brand visibility in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our cosmetics, personal care, and jewelry products to customers and retail partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through direct engagement, product demos, and local outreach.
- Represent the brand at events, markets, and promotional activities.
- Build customer relationships and collect feedback to improve offerings.
- Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with the team on local activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma holder.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, energetic attitude.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
