Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Vijayawada. The specialist will engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, manage and develop sales strategies, and drive business growth. Responsibilities will include delivering effective client communications, facilitating sales training, and actively managing sales operations. The role requires collaboration with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and achieving key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
- Ability to conduct impactful Training sessions to enhance team performance and align with company objectives
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
