Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Salem. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes, and conducting training sessions to enhance team performance. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, building relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets
- Experience in Training and ability to support and guide team development
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
- Basic understanding of marketing tools and strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
