Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mysore, Hubli or Dharwad and Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for establishing client relationships, developing sales strategies, driving revenue through effective sales processes, and managing customer inquiries efficiently. This role also entails delivering exemplary customer service, providing training to clients, and assisting in sales management activities to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding targets and leading sales initiatives
• Ability to deliver Training sessions to clients and internal teams
• Interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the EdTech sector and familiarity with digital learning platforms is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology
