Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chandigarh. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Tasks include managing sales operations, providing training to the sales team, and contributing to marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, focusing on meeting and exceeding targets
• Ability to provide Sales Training to team members and ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Proficient in planning and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is an advantage
