Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located at our facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and engaging potential customers, supporting customer relationships, providing product training, and managing sales pipelines. The specialist will also collaborate with teams to drive business growth and contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue generation and client acquisition.
• Experience in providing Training to sales teams or customer groups on product knowledge or other relevant topics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the brass manufacturing industry is a plus but not a requirement.
• Proficiency in market research and strategic planning is desirable.
