Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist, based in Chennai. The role includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing training to clients and team members as required, and contributing to sales growth. The Specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote the company's products and create opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Experience in providing Training and supporting clients or team members to enhance product knowledge and improve outcomes.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and strategy development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in the mining or metal industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
