Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for homeland security solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and achieving revenue targets while providing a consultative experience to prospects and existing customers. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting events and presentations, and creating sales collateral aligned with the company's brand and strategy. The specialist will also collaborate with technical and operations teams, provide feedback on market needs, and participate in training sessions to stay current on products, competitors, and industry trends.
