Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for homeland security solutions. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and achieving revenue targets while providing a consultative experience to prospects and existing customers. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting events and presentations, and creating sales collateral aligned with the company's brand and strategy. The specialist will also collaborate with technical and operations teams, provide feedback on market needs, and participate in training sessions to stay current on products, competitors, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
  • Customer service and client relationship skills to manage inquiries, support accounts, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B and B2G environment.
  • Sales management and training skills to track performance, forecast results, support team initiatives, and guide stakeholders on product value.
  • Experience in security, defense, technology, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, basic analytics, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
