Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, engage and maintain relationships with clients, and conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities. Customer service plays a key role, as you will be addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, you will train and supervise team members, manage sales performance, and contribute to the growth of the brand through impactful marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and oversee sales goals
- Proven ability to train and mentor team members in accordance with company best practices
- Proficiency in market analysis and developing marketing frameworks to increase brand awareness
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client needs with professionalism
- Experience in the retail or corporate gifting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant sales and CMR tools is advantageous
