Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our Nagpur facility. In this role, you will engage in strategic sales activities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent service support, develop and implement marketing initiatives, and oversee sales management and training programs. You will play an integral part in driving our business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Experience in Training teams to ensure alignment with sales and marketing goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines and targets.
