  • Drive regional revenue growth across multiple global & in-house brands
  • Build deep relationships with labs, pharma companies, CROs, R&D centers, institutions
  • Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
  • Push high-value, high-margin analytical and fine chemicals
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical discussions
  • Actively use CRM, digital catalogs, pricing tools, and analytics
  • Represent Ryze Chemie at exhibitions, seminars, and customer forums
  • Share market intelligence to shape portfolio and pricing strategy

  • Monthly / Quarterly sales targets
